“Best for data categorization”
Pros
This tool's organizational features are really useful for separating active deals, tours and deals that are still in the proposal stage. It keeps everything clearly categorized and much easier to follow.
Cons
Switching spaces from vacant to available and back again, is not very simple for us.

“all-in-one insights and tracking”
Pros
One of its biggest advantage for us is having all the information we need at one place. Reports are fast to generate and usually provide more useful insight than the ones our company used before. The reminder emails and deal task tracking also do a good job of keeping more complex projects moving and on schedule.
Cons
We realized There are some limits when it comes to flexibility for each company. At times, you have to adjust your process to fit the software instead of the software adapting to how you work. Also, small deal changes made after the fact which happens pretty often in our organization, need to go through approval every single time.

“Simple setup and flexible reports”
Pros
Getting started with it the first time was very simple. It also gives you different report printing options which is really helpful depending on what you need at the time.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues. The software has been excellent and very user-friendly.

“Multi-user collaboration”
Pros
Works really well for multiple users and the mobile phone functionality is especially useful.
Cons
One thing that should be fixed is how square footage is labeled. Right now, it treats commas as invalid, for example, 1000 SF is accepted but 1,000 SF is marked invalid, even though they mean the exact same thing. It would make more sense to recognize both formats especially since commas are preferred for readability.

“Deal tracking hub”
Pros
It's really useful being able to keep track of deal history along with all the related activity.
Cons
One issue is the way a specific deal opens on the right side of the screen because it makes it hard to view the entire thing at once.

“Property management tool”
Pros
Using this online platform has been really convenient for me. It keeps all of our properties together in one place and I find handling the rent roll, available spaces and potential deals very easy. It also makes working with outside brokers simple and efficient.
Cons
At times, parts of the platform get changed without any notice beforehand which can be frustrating.

“helpful solution”
Pros
Having all our leasing reports in one place has been really useful for our clients and I also find the extra features come in handy now and then. Most of the time, I rely on it to keep track of all the TIMs (Tenants in Market) we monitor every day.
Cons
A few smaller tweaks could make a noticeable difference in the way we use it day to day especially for our team. That also points to one of the bigger gaps in the software, it doesn't offer much flexibility to modify or add items based on what a specific user wants or needs, more like the kind of customization you get with Salesforce.

“best team collaboration platform”
Pros
For collaboration, it has been an excellent fit for helping my property managers and leasing team work together on deals. The mobile app is also very user-friendly which makes it convenient for me to access the portfolio while on the go.
Cons
It doesn't work especially well as a CRM. We were hoping to log calls and emails, schedule follow-ups and get reminder notifications. That may not be what it's designed for but having those features would make it a true one-stop shop for managing the entire deal process.

“feasible interface”
Pros
Accessing and navigating the software is quick and I find the overall layout very simple. The input fields are placed well which makes everything easy to use and I really enjoy working with it.
Cons
Luckily, my real estate owner covers the cost of my access but I've heard other independent agents say the pricing is too expensive.

“Fast data entry”
Pros
Entering and updating prospects is very easy for my team so we can keep all of our leasing reports current without much effort. It also cuts down the time we spend preparing for leasing meetings. Since adding prospects is so simple, we make sure to log every inquiry and avoid missing potential tenants.
Cons
Our clients have been telling me the pricing is starting to feel expensive.

“Centralized information hub”
Pros
Having one central database for leasing information across all of our funds has been the biggest benefit for me. Being able to go to a single place and pull whatever details I need for any asset makes my work a lot more efficient.
Cons
My only frustration really is not with the software itself. I just wish some of our partners and leasing agents would keep the information updated more consistently and treat it as more of a priority.

“Real-time updates”
Pros
Updates can be made by everyone whenever it works for them and once those updates are finished, the whole team can see them right away. I also find the stacking plans really useful especially when walking buildings through the app.
Cons
The only issue comes up when my leasing brokers do not enter their updates but that is really on them, not the software.

“Property insights dashboard is great”

Viewing each property's site plan and rent roll is very useful for anticipating lease expirations and upcoming rollovers.

“Quick onboarding process”
Pros
Getting started took me practically no training at all and I find automated transaction reporting to ownership to be a big plus. Setting up assets is easy, adding spaces is simple and managing deal comments or updating deal stages works very well. Reporting is also very useful especially when it comes to pulling activity reports.
Cons
Technical support has also been a downside in my experience, as it has dropped off quite a bit especially in terms of responsiveness and transparency.

“Limited control over data and reporting”
Pros
Keeping track of tenant leads is very easy for me and paired with the app, it fits right into my brokerage workflow. I use it every day for my business and it helps me stay consistently on top of things.
Cons
Control over data is another challenge I've faced. When clients are the primary users of the program, I can't always update key details like stacking plans, lease expirations and similar information which can lead to records becoming inaccurate over time. I also find that I don't use many of these features because they feel tough to maintain relative to the limited value they provide. Additionally, once a tenant is marked as "dead," I am not aware of any way to generate a forensic-style report showing who toured, who made offers and who didn't. This becomes important when we need to demonstrate activity such as the number of tours conducted for clients. There may be a way to do it but I have not been able to figure it out.

Pros
Being able to use it on the go is a big advantage for me and the platform feels easy and user-friendly overall.

“Efficient deal flow”
Pros
The deal flow works really well and the overall functionality covers what I need. On top of that, the exported reports look awesome.
Cons
This isn't really a downside, more of a suggestion. It would be helpful to enter one deal across multiple buildings and then update the status separately for each one, for example, if a tenant asks about several properties, gets marked dead for one building but is still marked as touring for another.
