I wish video tours could be uploaded. Sometimes it shows that someone hasn't submitted an application when they have. $9.99 per week is quite high; I wish there were bulk discounts for multiple units. There's a significant delay on recorded calls when tenant leads call.

I find that many houses listed on this app are pricey rentals. Owners prefer this app because they can charge more for tenants.

The only thing that needs improvement with the app is the availability of houses. Houses that have been sold or are in the process of being sold may not be updated.

Very easy to read, simple to navigate, intuitive search, and my absolute favorite: being able to draw a circle on a map to find homes in a specific area.

There's a glitch where when I look at all the listings and scroll through the results, sometimes it just closes the search, making me start all over again. Since it doesn't show which places I've looked at, I have no idea where to pick up to continue looking.

It shows you what's on the market without having to work with a realtor initially. For my job, I need to stay updated on the real estate market, and this gives me that insight.

Cons

It's hard to find narrowed searches. Not intuitive. For example, I want to look at just rentals, and it doesn't easily filter them.
