Scroll To The Time Off Feature  

  • For Web Users: Login to your ‘When I Work’ account and navigate to the ‘Request Time Off’ tab located on the top of the dashboard  
  • For Mobile App Users: Open the mobile application, scroll to the ‘Requests’ feature, and tap on ‘Request Time Off’

Add In Your Request Details  

To make it easier for your manager to understand, mention whether you are taking full-time off or a half-day off. Expand the ‘Time-Off Type’ drop-down menu and choose from the following options: 

  • Unpaid 
  • Paid (PTO) 
  • Sick 
  • Holiday

Set Dates
