I appreciate how Agiliron updates my stock in real-time, and the fact that everything is cloud-based adds to its convenience.

Their customer service could be better; responses and issue resolutions sometimes take a while.

I like that Agiliron integrates seamlessly with Shopify and QuickBooks, offers customization options, and provides endless growth opportunities. The support team is incredibly responsive and helped us implement the program effectively and continues to support us.

So far, the only downside is not being able to rearrange products in a quote or sales order, and products must be entered exactly as labeled in the product screen there are workarounds for both issues, and I've been assured they're working on a permanent solution.

Pros

This software allows us to manage all our channels from one platform. Changes made to a product are quickly reflected across sales channels. Having used other programs, I appreciate Agiliron's fast synchronization.

We have some products that fit into multiple categories, so there was a learning curve to set them up properly in Agiliron. Once configured, they function flawlessly.

We chose Agiliron for its integration with QuickBooks and real-time inventory adjustments. Its Point of Sale system offers excellent features like quick access tabs and easy sales returns.

Training new employees on the back-office side is time-consuming.

It helps us efficiently manage sales across Amazon, eBay, POS, etc., making it a comprehensive solution for organizing our entire business in one place.

Cons

Over the years, the company has done an excellent job of enhancing their software and integrations with marketplaces, which has significantly reduced the challenges I initially faced with the software.
