Be careful

Pros

It has extensive connections with online platforms, which was exactly what we needed, and it performs well in this regard.

Cons

The software is in a testing phase, so there are numerous bugs and things don't always function as promised. What works well works really well, but new updates can sometimes bring new headaches.

Fulfills our needs as a smaller company

Pros

Customizing our pricing system in Agiliron to accurately reflect landed costs for imported products was incredibly beneficial to our company.

Cons

I had to make many small adjustments because it seems geared toward selling products we have on-hand rather than quoting and selling products we would need to order. Some of this was just navigating the learning curve of adapting to a new system.

Wonderful Software and Service

Pros

We spent a long time searching for software that met all our needs. Agiliron not only met but exceeded our requirements, offering additional options that we look forward to using in the future. The integration and training support have been exceptional.

Cons

Transitioning our items from our current system to Agiliron has been quite time-consuming. I understand this would likely be the case with any new system we were transferring to.

Agiliron and QB

Pros

We switched from QB desktop enterprise to Agiliron due to the poor inventory and order management functions of QB. Agiliron's ability to upload large orders via Excel has made our operations much easier.

Cons

The service is slow. When we send a support request to support@agiliron.com, we often wait days for a response and action from Agiliron.

The best all in one solution for ecommerce needs

Pros

I like that Agiliron allows me to customize my front website to suit my specific needs, offers an internal management system for my business, and is accessible from any device with internet access.

Cons

The only slight downside is the steep learning curve to get accustomed to its complex system.

Good Solid Choice

Pros

This software offers a wide range of integrations that are robust and comprehensive. The formula-based pricing options are particularly impressive. It provides many features compared to other alternatives and is reasonably priced.

Cons

The software is localized for USA, with formats tailored to North America rather than Europe. Payment processing options are also limited to North America.

Excellent Software

Pros

As a long-time QuickBooks user of POS and Enterprise for 14 years, I needed software that could grow with my business. After extensive research, we tried Agiliron's 30-day free trial and found it easy to use, feature-rich, and affordable. We've been using Agiliron for over a year now, and it works perfectly. The excellent support team resolves any issues promptly.

Cons

The only downside is that certain features need upgrading, but like any other software, periodic upgrades are necessary.

Fanastic Customer Service and Great Potential

Pros

Overall, Agiliron is user-friendly and versatile. After using the service for over a year, I continue to discover more features that I could have been utilizing all along. I'm confident I'll uncover more capabilities with the help of our dedicated customer representative, Parry, who has been excellent in educating and assisting me.

Cons

While I didn't assist in setting up this product or the integration, we've been using Agiliron since opening our retail store over a year ago. One challenge I've faced is with physical inventory. We've only conducted it once, and despite training, the process was cumbersome and inventory wasn't accurately recorded.

Absolutely incredible

Pros

We've been with Agiliron for several years and couldn't be happier. In over 45 years of business, we've struggled to find a company as personable and efficient. Most companies seem to lose interest once they've made the sale, but Agiliron consistently makes us feel valued and goes out of their way to support us. It's refreshing to find a company with such dedication to customer success.

Cons

There's nothing about this software that I dislike.

Review for Agiliron

Pros

Agiliron's inventory and POS system works well for our company. It's easy to set up different pricing for various catalog customers. After the initial setup, it's straightforward to use, with features like staff clock-in/out and cash management. Integration with QuickBooks is seamless, making it ideal for small to medium businesses managing inventory.

Cons

Agiliron requires some time to get used to. Initially, it can be overwhelming, but as you become more familiar with the system, it becomes easier. Setting up takes time, so downloading the template and starting on your inventory can streamline syncing with the system.

Promising POS for Retail/Distributor Operation, but with some shortcomings...

Pros

Their ability to integrate our website database with in-store POS and link seamlessly with QuickBooks accounting software is invaluable. The ability to perform POS sales via a mobile app adds further convenience.

Cons

It doesn't handle customer back orders well for low stock items. Customizations are necessary, and we're still evaluating how effective those will be. There's limited ability to take advance or partial payments for back ordered items, and the quantity sold isn't always correctly tied to the quantity on hand displayed. Supplier orders don't fully account for customer back orders.

MOVED FROM QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP TO AGILIRON

Pros

Agiliron offers the best value for money. The onboarding process and staff training were excellent. It centralizes inventory management across multiple stores and sales channels, including B2C/B2B/POS, and offers features like SEO information input and product image maintenance. The CRM is robust, and the ability to perform bulk updates is highly beneficial. Switching to Agiliron allowed us to standardize our inventory organization-wide.

Cons

(1) The learning curve is steep. We heavily relied on the Onboarding team. (2) Performing tasks on this product requires multiple steps compared to QuickBooks. (3) The Agiliron interface isn't very user-friendly; it's more focused on retrieving information than creating new transactions or list items. (4) Support responses can be slow for complex requests. (5) The online Learning Center lacks clear directions in its How-To sections. (6) The CRM side doesn't allow creation of Quotes for Leads and Prospects, only for Customers. (7) Built-in reports are lacking, missing common reports like Customer A/R Aging and Product Margin Reports. (8) Payment Terms function as mere list items without affecting transactions. If a customer has terms like 1% 10 Net 30 and pays within the discount window, Agiliron doesn't apply the discount automatically, requiring manual adjustment for each product line in the invoice before posting customer payment. This is inefficient and time-consuming. (9) QuickBooks Desktop isn't updated automatically for each change to an order, causing issues in Agiliron. Despite claims of integration with both QuickBooks Online and Desktop, the experience suggests otherwise.
