I had to make many small adjustments because it seems geared toward selling products we have on-hand rather than quoting and selling products we would need to order. Some of this was just navigating the learning curve of adapting to a new system.

The service is slow. When we send a support request to [email protected], we often wait days for a response and action from Agiliron.
