“outdated platform and terrible support”
Pros
I honestly don't have anything positive to say and I genuinely gave it a fair try.
Cons
Customer service was poor, canceling was nearly impossible and the staff came across as rude. On top of that, the platform feels very outdated, is missing features, costs too much and locks you into a very long commitment.

Free trial
“Affordable option”
Pros
Back when we tried the free trial, it was running on both iPad and Android which gave us some flexibility. One thing that made it appealing was being able to purchase our own hardware instead of being locked into theirs so the overall cost came out lower than systems like Toast and similar options.
Cons
The feature set was still pretty limited although they were continuing to add more. Since it is cloud-based, there is no real backup if your internet goes down. The printer also needs to be ethernet-based and I am still not sure how well it would hold up in a very busy environment since there is no print server.

“Worst experience with it”
Pros
Basic order entry service was available and it worked for about a year, aside from there were daily crashes.
Cons
It's become pretty clear that the development team can't keep pace with the operating system. Every time there's an upgrade, the software starts slowing down and crashing. I've used it for 8 years and at this point, it's finally time to move on.
