“Clients love how simple it is

Pros

One thing I like the most is how easy it was to set up and start using.

Cons

I am quite new to using it so I do not know much when it comes to cons but so far it has been okay.

We chose Authorize.net because it integrates well with our tracking and invoicing software Frontline.

Cons

When we switched away from it, it did not have the option to integrate a payment link with the invoice in Frontline. Also it took longer to receive our payments from it compared to our new provider.

It is very easy to use and flexible with our CRM and online banking system. Everything is connected well without any issues.

Cons

We have a main portal but admin access is limited. If you lose access to the main profile remember it can make things difficult.

The integration was smooth and easy and they provided us all the documentation for direct web integration.

authorize.net developer documentation around the API was not very detailed so I had to refer to other online sources.

It is basically a 100% trust symbol and I know it will work every time while keeping my transactions safe.

What I do not like is that when I need a secret key, a security token and a few other things it just feels excessive.

I love its powerful security features, user-friendly interface and plenty of integration options. Also it supports various payment methods and recurring billing which is why it is so popular with businesses of all sizes.

The pricing structure is something I do not like as it is a little high compared to some competitors especially for small businesses.

They have the lowest processing rates I could find and they integrate with almost all web publishing platforms. Their WooCommerce integration is also seamless.

I get instant payment information which is great. Also payments are either accepted or declined without requiring me to spend time processing each one.

Cons

The login process is awful. I have to make sure my email is ready to receive a code every time I sign in. I get why they do it but it can be a hassle.

Not only is it secure for both me and my customers but it is also easy to set up and use with low fees. And they have got over 25 years of experience in the payment gateway services industry.

Some features do not work properly due to the high level of security, even when they are set up correctly.

One thing I like is that it has an option to process payments via card.

We have to enter everything manually as there is no option for the customer to input it themselves via phone, which increases the risk for the customer.

It is really easy to navigate and check out all the payments made. Also I find it quite usedul for easy to refund or cancel a payment.
