The ease of use on the back end is incredible and the design process was both enjoyable and easily understandable.

Cons

Some of the reports are limited. Certain structures cannot be changed without incurring additional costs. Additionally, the gift card register is clunky and lacks detailed information.

I like the fact that I can easily add new locations or update menu information.

We recently encountered an issue with the gift card sales option where a charge turned out to be fraudulent. Someone ordered a gift card and received it electronically. However, the cardholder claimed that she hadn't authorized the card. We had evidence that it was being used by someone else, including video footage and receipts. Despite this, the cardholder received a refund, while we were left out of the original amount and the amount the person had already spent on the card. So, I mentioned all of this to express my wish for more verification on the ordering side or some mechanism that could have helped us avoid such situations.
