Pros

I am very much impressed by how user-friendly it is. The Media Gallery feature, along with the ability to center the photos is highly useful. The overall layout and options provided for the website serve as an excellent starting point. The feature that allows editing the HTML of the templates adds valuable customization options.

Cons

There are a few minor issues that bother me. It would be great if I could crop photos after uploading them, not just during the uploading process. Additionally, having a feature to preview the website's appearance on mobile devices, not just on the desktop, would be useful.

BentoBox software provide very little value for the money. The customer service is terrible, and their online ordering platform is prone to chargebacks.

BentoBox software is factastic software. It's setup process was also extremely simple.

I was a big fan of the product and wanted to continue using it. However, in the beginning I was sold the product at one price but ended up being billed a lot more then I should. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, their customer service was undoubtedly the most confusing and terrible I have ever encountered. It took over a month to finally cancel my subscription, and I am still trying to obtain refunds for incorrectly billed charges. I highly recommend everyone to consider everything once keeping in mind the terrible customer service, and it's advisable to save all email communication as evidence.

“Great if you know what you need and aren't tech-savvy

BentoBox is as user-friendly as any other drag-n-drop website builder. The built-in software integrations, including Google Tag Manager and Analytics, are highly useful. What sets them apart is their exceptional support. Over the three years I've used BentoBox for three websites, their customer service has been prompt, thorough, and personable.

Cons

This limitation may not affect everyone: there are significant restrictions on making advanced changes to your site. You can't access the source code yourself, there's no marketplace for plugins, and if you don't see a specific option in the visual editor, chances are you can't do it. However, if you're not technically inclined and simply want to get a website up and running, this limitation isn't a concern because of the exceptional support they provide. Just let them know what you want and they will work on it until you are satisfied.

Currently, I am using BentoBox to build my website. It's very user-friendly and the customer service is excellent. Whenever my boss has questions, I direct him to their customer service. Modifying menus is also not a problem with BentoBox.

Cons

I didn't come across many negatives. The price is definitely high, but honestly it's worth every penny. It saves you from the headache.

I had hoped that my website would be built within a month. Unfortunately, a month has passed, and I've already paid for the membership without receiving the completed website. It's quite disappointing and feels like a joke.

This company is the worst I've encountered so far. Take your business elsewhere.

BentoBox software is very user-friendly, and if there's an issue, I can quickly get assistance through their chat support instead of having to make a phone call.

It should be made easier to view the photo specifications for each page type. When the site is delivered, you don't receive the photo specs (although the site generally compresses the images quite well for you). It would be nice to have the optimal image size clearly stated (perhaps next to the upload button or in a document after site delivery) so that you don't have to guess and later discover that an uploaded image won't work.
