Boulevard software has made a significant improvement in our customer relations. The built-in appointment management tools, automatic reminders, and personalized interface have increased client engagement and satisfaction. Being able to personalize our communications has been advantageous as we can create messages that align with our brand personality and cater to the specific needs of our customers.

Cons

Boulevard software is comprehensive and sophisticated, so it can be overwhelming at first to become familiar with all its functions and features. Even though the support team offers excellent assistance and training, it still takes some time to get used to all the available options.

So happy we switched to Boulevard

Pros

Boulevard has an excellent onboarding team and customer service. Learning the program was not at all difficult because of its intuitive nature and the support page proved to be very helpful.

Cons

The app for owners is missing some essential features.

Pros

The client experience has been amazing. It was the best. Online booking is not a hassle and the ability to customize each client's booking requirements is a lifesaver. I can excellently optimize my schedule by reducing appointments to 5-minute increments without the hassle of manually squeezing them in and having a messy calendar.

Cons

The marketing feature is still quite basic. I wish there were more features similar to Flodesk and Zapier without the need for additional software charges on top of an already relatively expensive scheduling software. Integrations with Canva would be fantastic.

Pros

I love using Boulevard at Face Foundrie. As someone who works at the front desk, I use Boulevard constantly. It was easy to learn, and I can easily remember how to use the system. The clients also seem to enjoy it.

Cons

Clients have mentioned to me that sometimes Boulevard doesn't show them our availability correctly and falsely indicates that we are fully booked when we aren't.

The ease of customization, especially since we use the software for both retail and services is something I love about Boulevard. Additionally, the fact that the price remains steady regardless of the number of users is helpful for growing businesses. My favorite aspect is the customer service. We rarely encounter issues since we started using Boulevard, but on the rare occasions we did, their response time was within minutes of reaching out.

Cons

In my opinion, the professional app requires a lot of improvement. The inability to take payments in the mobile app creates issues when we need to make purchases or enter appointments while away from a computer. Scheduling appointments can also be a tedious task. If there was a way to utilize the app to view and select the best or all available appointment times, it would greatly improve the user experience.

The level of customization is fantastic. Running a medical spa and a facial bar means we have specific times and treatments, and it is very easy to create and edit everything! I also love having a place to submit requests for changes and new ideas.

Cons

The only thing I would like to change is the ability to assign appointment service modifiers to employees. It's a specific and unusual request, and it doesn't really affect our day-to-day operations, so I don't mind it too much.

Amazing app for spa services

Pros

The layout and user-friendly side menu make it simple to view my own bookings or get an overview of the day, week, or month at the spa. The recent addition of access to documents and forms, along with the ability to update SOAP notes on the app is quite helpful and saves me a lot of time.

Cons

I can't find any shortcomings with this app! I love that I can text the spa using the designated number to communicate with the front desk, access all the necessary paperwork conveniently through the app, and receive text alerts with new booking information. It's the best scheduling app I've used so far.
