Boulevard has been a game changer for my medical spa practice!

Pros

I find the platform easy to use with minimal issues. It receives frequent updates. However, understanding the system's capabilities, training staff and expanding the program to accommodate spa growth require a significant number of resources.

Cons

Sometimes, I find it confusing when adding more services and products. I have to figure out which page to initially build them on which results in a lot of clicking back and forth.

It is frustrating that it resets every time I have to switch between stores.

Great with one flaw

Pros

There are numerous options and ways to use the system. I like receiving notifications for appointment cancellations or schedules. Also the ability to choose notification preferences is a great feature.

Cons

When someone moves their appointment, it doesn't notify me who made the change. As a result, I end up with random openings in my schedule and I have no idea who was originally booked there. It would be helpful to have a button I can click to see who canceled or rescheduled.

This is a very user friendly site. I believe the clientele find it easy to use as well.

Pros

Booking people and adding enhancements is relatively easy.

Cons

One thing that bothers me a little is that I can't see gift cards for products on our end.

BLVD is the BEST

Pros

Boulevard is highly efficient as it provides all the necessary features for our daily operations at the med spa. Clients can self-book, cancel, reschedule and call through the secure site. The inclusion of Boulevard's own mobile pay device is particularly useful for collecting payments when clients don't have their physical credit cards on hand.

Cons

There are very few cons that I believe are in Boulevard software. The platform truly offers every feature a business owner could think of, and it rarely experiences downtime.

Pros

Boulevard's scheduling function is simple and user-friendly. The point-of-sale system is intuitive as it makes checkout quick and easy. It offers stylists easy to understand reports on their performance while providing management with in-depth reports that avoid unnecessary data. The reports are clear and easy to comprehend.

Cons

Most of my issues with Boulevard starts from missing functions, but I understand that the development team is constantly working on improving the platform. My biggest complaint is that the professional app doesn't allow management to view all reports and the desktop site isn't mobile-friendly.

Scheduling is easy, and the software platform sends text messages and reminders. The helpdesk is also available.

Boulevard cost per text and email is a concern. Also during the initial setup, I didn't receive all the information I needed. I also noticed some charges and dysfunction.

I really admire the speed and accuracy of Boulevard. I use it every day for booking appointments, processing sales and more. It is very much easy to use and their customer service is responsive and helpful for resolving any questions. Boulevard can be customized to suit our business needs. It helps me keep track of appointments, and clients also find it user-friendly since Boulevard sends confirmation emails and texts. Overall, Boulevard has been an invaluable resource for our business.

There is not anything major that I do not like about Boulevard, but if I had to mention one it would be that the Boulevard app interface doesn't offer all the same options as the website.

It is remarkably easy to use and highly functional. It is also the easiest to train with!

There are no major cons but sometimes there are lag times that affect the schedule.
