“good tool but needs upgrade”
Pros
After 12 years of using BPA in my restaurant, I can say it has its limits and feels a bit outdated but it's still a dependable workhorse that handles the job well.
Cons
My biggest frustration was that it isn't web-based so updating buttons or pulling reports remotely wasn't possible unless I used a third-party tool to log into the computer where BPA was installed. That said I switched to Toast POS to fix that issue and honestly ended up regretting the move.
