Pros
It helps me stay on top of everything by flagging when assets or reports are due which keeps important deadlines from slipping through the cracks. I can see what needs my attention instead of having to remember every upcoming deadline myself. Whenever I needed something handled or had a question the team has been fantastic and very responsive even with the time zone difference between us. Having a responsive team truly makes a big difference.
Cons
There are times when the site gets a little glitchy but it gets fixed quickly because they're constantly working on it. From what I've noticed it usually seems to happen when updates are being rolled out. It's not a constant issue though.
