“Very complete and efficient”

Pros

Installing it was very simple and the cleaner works in a really efficient way. I also thought the logo was nice and it helped me solve the issues I needed to handle at the time.

Nothing about this software has disappointed me so far. It feels very complete for the purpose it's meant to serve.

It's been extremely useful for our day-to-day operations and has turned out to be an excellent piece of software.

Overall I'm happy with everything. I especially appreciate how it feels like a daily work companion.

Our staff, including some older team members, were able to start using it without much trouble which has been a big plus.

A few parts of the interface still aren't very easy to understand like figuring out how to delete an order.

Everything included here works really well-metrics, marketing management, CRM and more. The platform feels very easy to use.

I really don't have anything to complain about. That said there's still room to expand it with more features especially having payment options already integrated.

Being able to text customers when their product is ready is a really useful feature.

A problem comes up with split payments between card and cash because the system does not record them properly and only recognizes one payment type at a time-either cash or card.

Pros

Built specifically for laundries and dry-cleaning businesses, this software keeps improving over time and the support team is excellent. The mobile app for both customers and drivers is also very high quality.

Cons

It should improve how price lists are managed for countries with high inflation, such as Argentina.

Pros

This software is simple and packed with everything we needed to help move our business forward. The built-in features especially the pickup and delivery service, played a big part in helping us grow. It also made it much easier to track everything coming in and going out of the business.

Cons

One thing we wish worked better is the accounting and billing side. The Xero integration doesn't sync properly and the invoice information doesn't always match up the way it should.

There's a wide range of features and programs built into this tool which makes it really capable.

Cons

Honestly I don't think CleanCloud has any downsides.
