“they scammed us”

There really isn't anything positive to say about it. It's overpriced, we were scammed and it simply doesn't do what we were told it could do.
Cons
We were misled and sold something that doesn't match what we asked for. We were very clear and specific about what we needed but the app still can't handle any of it. The sales team agreed to every request we raised and now that we're trying to cancel, it's been very difficult to get hold of anyone or receive any response.
