Very easy to use

Pros

The ease of use is great and it is the best for assignments and receiving loops. I have used several other platforms but this one is up to date, easy to use and efficient. It tracks your location while you are on the course and does not drain your phone's battery.

Cons

The lack of notifications after a loop has been assigned created a bit of an issue for us. Like the caddie master has to reach out to us personally to remind us to check the app. And it would be great if there were a better notification system. That said, it could also be my mistake and maybe there is just a part of the app I am missing that allows for notifications.

Nailed it with this feature

Pros

I love that we can chat with Club Caddie anytime if any issues come up. And the fact it is so user-friendly is another big plus.

Cons

When there's a software update, we have a bit of trouble getting the staff to adjust to the changes.

Everything has been great so far

Pros

Well I really like having full control over our tee sheet and booking system. The settings and controls let me customize different parts of the booking process to meet our needs and preferences. This gives us the ability to provide the best experience for our members and golfers. Plus the interface is also really easy to use, user-friendly and efficient especially helpful when training new staff.

Cons

The member billing process is the one area I struggle with when trying to integrate it into our existing processes.

Worth the investment

Pros

It is easy to use and very customer friendly. And the system gives us a lot of useful information and it is easy to get a clear picture of our operation. Plus the staff is always ready to answer any questions I or my team have.

Cons

I do not have any complaints. Just keep doing what you are doing!

Totally happy that we switched

Pros

Combining food and beverage with retail into one inventory management system has proven the best for our semi private facility. Our customers really love the mobile app and member portal especially since it is much easier for us to keep it updated. Also the support from Club Caddie is amazing and the software gets better every month with lots of updates.

Cons

Club Caddie replaced five software systems at our club which is great. But yes, transitioning to a new system was a big change. We underestimated how much time and effort it would take and now wish we had started the transition earlier in the spring.

Pros

It is so simple to learn and use to manage our daily operations. Also I find their customer service the best.

Cons

There is always room for improvement in any software. So I would love to see some tweaks made to the tee sheet view.

Reliable tool

Pros

Its operating system has been very reliable and has proven to be a seamless replacement for our previous software. We use their online tee sheet and their credit card processing partner and everything works together smoothly which makes it both cost effective and efficient.

Cons

I really like the whole package. They have a great product with an amazing team behind it.

Great fit for clubs and food setups

Pros

The POS register requires almost no training. Its basic flow is easy to follow and it transitions seamlessly between golf and food and beverage. Also it makes managing our member accounts easy and accessible for everyone.

Cons

There is always room for improvement with any PMS and nothing is ever perfect. What I really like about it is that they listen to us users. They take our feedback seriously and make changes quickly. Every update adds something new, improving the quality of the product over time.

Just right for mid-sized club ops

Pros

Member management, point of sale, reporting, payroll and integration with QuickBooks, everything works perfectly for us.

Cons

Having to use the mouse to type in a 4 digit passcode for every transaction makes the process a little bit slow. I feel like it would be nice to have a keypad or a swipe badge system to speed up the transactions.
