“GREEDY COMPANY!”
Pros
In our view, it doesn't really offer anything exceptional and at this point the company just feels increasingly greedy.
Cons
They no longer seem interested in working with other payment providers and instead push customers into using their own payment network, while charging outrageous 3.9% rates which feels like daylight robbery to us. It really seems like they're copying the Apple approach by locking customers into their ecosystem. On top of that, the customer loyalty feature has been promoted for years but in reality it still isn't properly there and doesn't work.

“Constant login issues”
Pros
It does the job properly ONLY when everything is actually running.
Cons
At the start of a shift, turning devices on often leads to the tills being logged out and then we cannot sign back in without contacting support first because of the "maximum device limit reached" message. Before adding extra features, the most important thing is having a system that powers up reliably every time. Support told me several times that this problem had already been fixed but in the end I moved to a different system. More than once, the support team dismissed my reports and claimed I had given the wrong information, even though the details I provided were correct.

“works well for us”
Pros
Using it with a restaurant business has been a very positive experience. I'm really happy with how well it integrates especially since most POS platforms don't handle restaurant interfaces very well.
Cons
I'd really like to see loyalty program support added in the future so our customers can take advantage of those benefits too.
