Great Online Ordering Tool

Pros

EZ-Chow admin portal is very easy to use and the system integrates easily with our Micros 3700 setup.

Cons

I would like it more if it offers an integration with DoorDash. Also I do not like having to make menu changes separately for each location. It would be great if changes could be made from a master account and then automatically applied to each individual restaurant.

EZ-Chow For Business

Pros

The support provided when any issue come up is excellent. The staff responds quickly whenever we face any problems.

Cons

The sites design follows a basic web template. While the color scheme matches our branding, the content and layout are not very engaging or visually appealing, they are just basic boxes and text. We often hear that the site is not as user-friendly as others which makes it difficult to adjust items and always returning users to the homepage instead of the relevant category.
