I was always guided and supported by the team whenever I needed help. In short customer service was always there to assist. Plus the software is quite user friendly like I have not run into any issues or difficulties. Any question I had was answered right away. The team is truly an expert in this field.

Pros

We love how simple it is for patients to make payments in the clinic or over the phone. The best thing is that the payments page is very easy to read and navigate.

Cons

It is a bit annoying that we have to sign back in if the system's been idle for a while.

“A great retail POS system

Pros

I like everything about it. It has completely changed our business for the better. We run both a retail store and an online shop and EzPay POS from EzPay America has been a real game changer. It offers 1 click invoicing right from our web browser which connects directly to the POS. Our customers can go to our website to view all their past and current invoices to see which ones have been paid and which have not. EzPay America worked closely with us to set everything up and did not charge us a penny for it. The service has been incredible as this company always picks up the phone and resolves any issue we have. They are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The system does almost everything you need. Plus it integrates with QuickBooks which makes accounting so much easier. I would highly recommend it to any business owner.
