“Great for local flower stores
Pros
For our shop with three employees, it works perfectly. It helps us run things properly and allows us to stay organized. Also we can easily handle cash and carry sales, pick up orders and deliveries. Overall we have not had any issues with the system and it does not require much training. It is really user friendly.
Cons
At times, it seems that there are too many steps involved in completing a transaction which annoys me.

Pros
As a busy floral shop, Floristware helps us keep our orders on track. We love the software, how easy it is to use and all the extra features.
Cons
I feel like it would be great to have automatic pop ups or print outs for standing orders.

I use it at a floral shop I co-own and I find it very easy to use.
Cons
The thing I like least is that the icons could be a bit bigger like for now they are sometimes hard to see.

The best part for me is how easy this system is to use.
Cons
For standing orders, we have to add each one individually instead of just clicking a button to have it print out every week until we cancel it.

After a while we decided to phase this software out and switch to a larger platform to manage our CRM.

Pros
In Floristware you can choose a payment processor you prefer. Also it has features designed specifically for florists like us, like creating special orders and handling deliveries.
Cons
Upgrading the system can be a bit of a hassle and expensive. Also I noticed that customer service is a bit slow, with long waits and call backs that take a while.
