good software

Pros

The biggest value for us comes from the re-order management and the visibility into partner data. It lets us recommend re-orders only for the items that actually make sense, instead of pushing products they already have in stock. That has helped us come across as much more credible with our partners.

Cons

There is still some room to improve the filters and reporting. That said the support team has been very responsive and helpful when it comes to tailoring the tool to what we need. They usually manage to implement requested changes within a matter of weeks.

Pros

We went with it mainly because it connects well with our POS Front Systems and covers exactly what we needed for product and order management. Getting EDI running with our main supplier was easy and for the rest we work with Excel/CSV without any issues. It has taken away a lot of stress and extra struggle for me. We've only just started exploring the other features in areas like resupply and forecasting but that side of the software already looks well organized and simple to work with.

Cons

I stay in regular contact with the development team and they are usually very quick to add or adjust features when we request them so there is not any downside to mention here

Fits our workflow perfectly

Pros

Getting it into our business was very simple and it matches the way we work really well. We can already see that this tool will help us take the next step in our development. Another big plus is their support and commitment when it comes to helping us solve the issues we run into.

Cons

There is always room to make things better. We are missing a few reports and tools but I'm confident that with some help from GoFact, we'll get those sorted out too.
