“Has everything we were looking for
Pros
It has everything in one place from sampling and quotes to the installation diary and invoicing. Also I find it quite user friendly and it comes with the best reporting features. Plus they are always upgrading the system and the team actually listens to our upgrade requests.
Cons
Some of the item names are not the most practical, but I get used to them quickly. So it is really not a big deal.

“Works well for our business
Pros
Being able to talk directly to the team that built Helix and have them make custom changes for our business has proven very beneficial for us. I also love that I can suggest improvements to the system and they are always working on making it better.
Cons
At times the delays in development frustrates me a bit.

“Top POS system in my opinion
Pros
It is easy to learn the basics but one thing I have noticed and would like to share is that their is plenty of depth when you need more advanced features.
Cons
Since we are using a remote server, it can sometimes be slow on our end but that is mainly because we don't have a dedicated server.

“Using it for years and quite happy with it
Pros
We have been using Retail Plus the earlier version of Helix since we started our business in 2006. We upgraded to Helix two years ago and it is been a great system for our furniture retail business helping us with everything from sales and inventory to accounting and back office reporting. The Windows based system is easy to navigate and customize based on our needs. The team provides amazing support and backup.
Cons
At first it was difficult for us to attach external documents to emails sent from Helix but they have fixed that now.

“Great reporting tools
Pros
The reporting system is amazing. It also makes things easy for me to manage and gives the sales team real time information. They are constantly updating the system based on customer feedback.
Cons
How to do imports was not easy to learn and on top of that it has to be done correctly to get the uploads working. But later it all makes sense once we get the hang of it.
