“Feature packed software”
Pros
Since it is packed with plenty of features, it works as a full point-of-sale system and really covers everything we needed to get the job done.
Cons
It comes across as a little dated and basic. It can be somewhat complicated to use and even harder to teach so I wouldn't call it especially user-friendly even though it still has a lot of helpful aspects.

“slow performance hurts workflow”
Pros
Being cloud-based means I can get to it from any computer at any time which is convenient. Support has also been getting better.
Cons
The waiting time is a big issue. EM runs very slowly and IH also lags especially when working with modifiers.

“Terrible experience”
Pros
No pros to mention because they charged us a lot for the hardware and now that we own it they refuse to service it. Our touchscreen has lost sensitivity on the cash-out button so the staff has to hunt for the tiny spot that still responds just to finish a sale. Their answer has been that they will not repair it and that we need to purchase a new one instead.
Cons
Receiving customer support is unbelievably bad with wait times usually running between 1.5 and 2 hours. I have never seen anything like that. We also asked them to add the Ontario tax break and after more than two weeks, we have spent 18 hours and 42 minutes on hold just trying to get an update. Nothing has been fixed so we are forced to absorb the tax in our pricing. It is honestly appalling. On top of that, we need them to coordinate with our gift card provider at one of our locations to get the cards working online again. After 11 days and 9 hours on hold, they still have not helped us get the gift card integration restored. At this point, I would seriously suggest looking at other competitors.
