Loved working with them!

Pros

Working with them was something I really enjoyed especially when helping customers create their merchandise designs. Whether it was shirts or mugs I was able to handle both the graphics and the products those designs were being placed on.

Cons

There really wasn't anything that stood out as a significant problem for me.

quick setup for basic stores

Pros

Installing this tool is easy and it only takes us a short amount of time to launch a brand-new basic store for a customer.

Cons

Customization features feel a bit limited. I'd prefer to list one product and let the customer choose the logo they want, rather than having to create each version of the product separately. There's also no way to bulk add products to stores which makes building stores more time-consuming when you're working on larger or more advanced ones.

missing features and poor communication

Pros

Front-end tools used to be really efficient but after an "upgrade" the features that mattered most to us were taken away. Because of that it now works best only for products that rarely change.

Cons

We can't get to our own data in a way that actually helps us market to our customers. Pricing has gone up significantly without any clear notice. They also add and remove features even when those changes make customer sites unusable for the people visiting them. On top of that, communication is consistently lacking.

user-friendly order management

Pros

The software is very user-friendly and makes order management simple to handle.

Cons

It would be even better if it offered integrations with other software.
