“Helpful tool”

Pros

I found this tool to be really user friendly and it's used by a lot of people across the world from central retail teams to local teams in different subsidiaries. It's also linked with other internal systems which helps automate part of the product database synchronization process.

Cons

Sometimes the software can be a bit slow which sometimes becomes an issue.

“helpful training and fast learning”

Pros

Getting started with it was surprisingly simple even though I had never touched the program before joining my company a year ago. It makes creating VM renderings really simple and the IWD team did an excellent job training me and helping me get comfortable with it quickly. Whenever questions come up, they are always available to help and I also appreciate that they regularly check in to make sure everything is still going well. The move from the web-based version to the desktop app has been smooth too.

Cons

There are times when it feels a bit slow to load especially when switching between guidelines or when the database has a lot of files uploaded. I'd also really like to see more grouped actions for guidelines, like a bulk export to PDF or a mass copy function because doing those tasks one at a time can get tedious. That said, these are pretty minor suggestions and I honestly wouldn't really count them as major downsides.

“clear planograms and handy tools”

Pros

Using it has been fantastic. The platform is very simple to work with whether I'm uploading products or downloading product lists. It includes all the features I need to build planograms that are clear, organized and concise.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is support for fixture heights and fixture lists so stores would know the correct heights or peg hole positions to use when setting fixtures.
