“outstanding POS”
Pros
After looking at quite a few point-of-sale systems this one stands out to me for how flexible it is. A lot of POS products are pretty much limited to whatever comes in the box which can be fine for basic businesses that do not need many options but it offers much more room to customize. QwikTouch is also a helpful add-on for it and brings in even more features.
Cons
The interface is not as modern-looking as some other POS platforms although QwikTouch Pro can make it feel like a completely different product. There is also no 800 telephone support on weekends but you can usually still get help through the POS dealer who installed it. It also does not include an integrated general ledger though it connects well with several accounting programs.

“gives accurate results”
Pros
Customizing the reports is easy for us and getting accurate results is just as simple.
Cons
Customer service is lacking. If they fix that one issue I think the product could be even better.

“Highly customizable tool”
Pros
More than anything else the customization is the part I appreciate most about this POS. From a technical standpoint nearly every part of the system can be adjusted down to the smallest detail. Because of that I'm able to change the way reports look so they fit each of my business needs exactly.
Cons
Support team has been their weakest point. Ever since I took over managing the POS system at my company, reaching support when I need help has been really difficult.
