limited admin control

Pros

Only part of the product that appealed to me was how the loyalty module connects with the CRM. That combination could have given us a way to offer extra services to our clients.

Cons

A major frustration was that even as the software administrator you still cannot add or update your own address or location. On top of that we were asked to install software locally on the user's computer. For a SaaS, web-based product ,that really should not be necessary. It goes against the whole idea of being able to use the platform from any device at any time.

customer support needs improvement

Pros

Getting started was quick and well organized. Their initial support and account management were helpful for us and the whole process from contract signing to going live moved along fast without much friction.

Cons

Support and customization have been weaker after the whole onboarding process because there seems to be a limited understanding of our business side. The trial-and-error approach to implementation can also create issues during operational hours.
