The POS is easy to use, and it offers all the essential features related to replenishment, loyalty and member management, gift cards, and credit notes on sales returns.
Cons
I am disappointed with the discount feature as it lacks robustness and flexibility in usage. It becomes a bottleneck in the current dynamic retail industry where brick-and-mortar establishments and e-commerce are moving together. The LS offerings for discounts lack support and are incapable of handling multiple and diverse discount processes needed to retain loyal members across different retail brands.

I love the support for online, offline and mixed architecture. The data flow between different databases like the head office and POS is seamless. Real-time transaction replication through web services is a great feature. The software offers different offers & promotions with coupons and vouchers, inventory management, strong store back-office functionalities including cash management, recipe management for hospitality, mobile app, kitchen display for hospitality and replenishment.
Cons
Staff management can be complex and there are missing functionalities in member management and loyalty compared to dedicated loyalty solutions.
