Best ERP for Retail sector
Pros

The best way for me to track my daily expenses and income in retail zones is through this software. It can handle large volumes of data and can be easily integrated with solutions like WhatsApp and payment gateways.

I found that it comes as a vertical software with Business Central rather than a standalone software.

Best Retail Solutions
Pros

Microsoft Dynamics Navision and other ERP systems are easy to work with. I can configure any discount system to automate the cashiering process, including tender types, banks, discount coupons, gift vouchers, date and time-based discounts, quantity-based discounts and more.

Cons

Currently, there is no control over the length of the invoice number in the POS system. It is alphanumeric and exceeds 12 digits.

Feedback for emerging ERP solution for retail industry
Pros

Setting up this software is simple and it's the best choice for the retail industry as it has almost all the necessary functionalities built-in. Upgrading to newer versions allows access to additional features.

Pros

LS Retail is the best in its retail operations and can be integrated with other enterprise resources. It is cloud-based and offers good POS management. Additionally, loyalty programs can be configured.

LS Retail The Middle Market Retail POS Solution
Pros

I love the overall look and highly customizable features of this software. It can be integrated with almost any .NET or API-based solution. The mobile POS solution is quite simple and there is a mobile app for each module, such as retail, warehouse, inventory management, LS Pay and more. It integrates with all possible NAV updates of Microsoft Dynamics NAV from version 3.0 to 14.xx.

Cons

There are issues with coalition and Arabic languages. The software is costly due to its base on NAV. It would be beneficial to have a different billing solution for small-level shops.

Pros

LS Retail software offers rich features and functionality and is stable because it's an add-on on top of Dynamics NAV/365 BC, which is strong in accounting. It can be easily configured with a good understanding of the system.

One platform but still need to have more features
Pros

LS Retail software provides a single platform for both ERP and POS functions. The Data Director tool is the best, and the software is scalable. There is a priority on offers and promotions.

Cons

I have received numerous complaints from my customers regarding promotions such as birthday promotions. The system only triggers these promotions on the exact date of the end customer's birthday, which is not enough. Typically, customers prefer options like celebrating the entire birthday month or within a 15-day window. On the mobile platform, local software can provide better support for this, especially in the hospitality industry. The web POS is relatively slow, and the hardware requirements are demanding, especially for the store database. Customers want the system to suggest what end customers should purchase based on their preferences. Loss prevention should be included as a standard feature, but the price is too high. There are still some bugs present, and the three levels of item categorization (division, category, product group) are not enough. Managing auto post statements becomes impractical when dealing with more than 50 stores. It would be helpful if there were a setup option for this, and in case of failure, an email notification should be sent.

Working with LS retail since last 17 years long journey with summary below.
Pros

This software is built on Business Central and is compatible with SQL. It utilizes Microsoft AZURE and cloud technology, offering rich features with integrated ERP. It's a great fit for mid and small retailers, allowing for quick setups to go live. The replication tool is also good. I have a long list of other benefits.

Cons

I had difficulties with the user-friendliness of the POS configurations. There were too many complicated setups involved behind the scenes which makes it hard to install, deploy and maintain, especially for low-end retailers. I also faced a lack of training materials for the latest versions, a lack of integration with other channel platforms and a lack of localizations in certain countries. Additionally, the partners were not up to date.

Best ERP for Retail Industry.
Pros

One of the best aspects of LS Retail is that it's built on the efficient SMB ERP Software (Navision). The data model is industry-leading, and LS Retail brings out the best features to enhance your retail business. You can customize the product to meet your specific business needs, providing transparent visibility into the firm's growth.

Cons

We encountered latency issues in data replication and it took quite some time to resolve them. It took us a couple of days to identify the problem, but fortunately it can be easily overlooked.

Pros

LS Retail is good for retail industries as it offers most of the necessary options to run operations.

Cons

THE REAL END-TO-END SOLUTION
Pros

With LS Retail you don't have to worry about maintaining multiple systems for retail, inventory and financial management. It's an all in one solution for your retail and accounting needs.

Cons

The data director has caused us numerous headaches. While it is the system's strength, the issues, bugs and related concerns attached to it have become a significant drawback and have affected the overall performance of the system in the market, particularly for large-sized industries. Furthermore, the support provided for questions regarding the data director is unsatisfactory.

LS Retail for Supermarkets
Pros

I haven't come across any product that compares to LS Retail when it comes to super/hypermarkets. It can be set up as online or offline cash registers, and the synchronization with HQ is extensive. The promotions and offers are extensive as well. The user interface is fully customizable. It's an end-to-end solution that seamlessly works on top of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, eliminating the need for interfaces or integration issues.

All-in one Retail Solution for a plug and play action
Pros

The wide-spread configuration capability is a huge advantage when selecting LS Retail as the main retail solution for a retail operations-driven business or enterprise. LS Retail can be deployed as a vertical software solution for Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, making the solution proposals more competitive and viable. The user-friendliness in terms of UI/UX is a goal successfully achieved at LS Retail.

Cons

Although the system allows for configuration at a basic level, as a Deployer, I am eager for better development capabilities to be available, whether through overlays or extensions. Currently, the pricing structure is not viable for the South Asian market, based on my experience with implementation and proposal development.

Pros

The advantages of LS Central lie in its ability to be configured without code and its flexible architecture that mirrors retail operations. It's based on the very stable DynamicsNAV/Business Central platform. The web integration supports multi-channel selling as well.

Pros

The POS is easy to use, and it offers all the essential features related to replenishment, loyalty and member management, gift cards, and credit notes on sales returns.

Cons

I am disappointed with the discount feature as it lacks robustness and flexibility in usage. It becomes a bottleneck in the current dynamic retail industry where brick-and-mortar establishments and e-commerce are moving together.
