“Easy to explore”
Pros
The layout is easy to move around in and most of our employees can usually figure out how to use it within about two weeks.
Cons
At this point being in 2021, the biggest thing this company is still lacking is an app.

“fantastic fit for pizzerias”
Pros
Running a takeout and delivery pizzeria with this software has been fantastic. Adding menu items or setting up coupons is very simple and user-friendly. The Google Maps integration is a big plus and having support for credit cards and gift cards makes day-to-day operations even better.
Cons
The reporting tools on the back end could definitely be simpler and the inventory module feels a little complicated. I still have not been able to get the inventory set up where it needs to be. It might help if customers had the option to pay for setup assistance during onboarding. I would also really appreciate a cloud-based version so I could make updates and handle work from home.

“Packed with useful features”
Pros
After using RapidFire for 10 years we had been perfectly satisfied with it until the company went out of business. Since our computers were starting to fail I had to find a replacement fast. I came across your ad in a pizza magazine, downloaded the sample and it immediately caught our attention. It offered far more than RapidFire did so I decided pretty quickly to buy the system. We really appreciate the back-office tools for bookkeeping. The system is simple to work with and a new employee can usually pick it up in just a couple of days. The delivery side is very well designed and easy to use. Web ordering has also been excellent. This was your system before 8.
Cons
With the newer system, the features have improved even more but it does run slower. For example when assigning drivers to three deliveries and hitting save, there can be about a 15-second delay before the transaction finishes. We have also had credit card problems. If the internet drops even briefly, the card may get approved but not come off the slip. It shows up on the card company report but not on the Prism report. The screens are also harder to press than they used to be. Sometimes the screens turn light-colored and freeze. A new issue recently started where if you hit driver status and then try to run the end report, that screen stays up and we have to shut the screen off to clear it. We have also had printer problems caused by too many print jobs staying in memory although that may have been fixed. We also need coupons that will ring up all items in a special and it would help if active coupons changed color.
