“Perfect fit for pizza delivery”
Pros
After spending a long time comparing POS systems for our quick-service pizza, delivery and bakery business, we landed on PDQ POS from Signature Systems because it was clearly built with pizza and delivery operations in mind. A couple of years later, it's obvious we made the right decision. PDQ has been an ideal match for how we run our store. It makes customer interactions more efficient, keeps the counter line moving and helps our staff enter delivery orders quickly and accurately. As soon as we started using it, we saw an immediate improvement in employee speed and accuracy especially with phone and delivery orders. We're able to handle more orders in less time and get food out to customers faster because of PDQ. The service and support have also been outstanding. The installer who came on-site was professional, knew the system thoroughly and stayed until everything was fully up and running. On the rare occasions we needed help afterward, phone support handled our issues right away. We've been extremely happy with the whole experience. PDQ POS has helped Blue Moon Bakery and Pizzeria make more money with less hassle than our previous POS system and we would recommend it without hesitation. Choosing PDQ was absolutely the right move for us.
