This feature allows managers and owners to monitor business performance remotely, identify sales trends, and make informed operational decisions without needing to be on-site.
Flexible Payment Processing
The platform offers multiple payment processing structures, including competitive interchange-plus and low flat-rate options. This flexibility allows businesses to select the most cost-effective model for their specific transaction volume and type, helping to minimize payment processing fees and improve their bottom line.
QR-Code Contactless Ordering
This feature enables QR-code-based contactless ordering and checkout, giving customers access to a digital menu and self-checkout options. Businesses can also print QR codes on customer checks, allowing electronic payments and streamlined service without physical interaction.

“Outdated, unsupported and overcharging”
Pros
There is nothing I actually like about this. It feels completely outdated and the customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. The 24-hour support they advertise simply isn't real.
Cons
I'm paying for software that supposedly had live support but that was dropped after the company changed hands. Now they only work with two payment processors that charge more than anyone else out there.

“Promised simplicity, delivered five years of pain”
Pros
I was sold on the promise of inventory management, payroll hour calculations and a simple system. That was what drew me in initially.
Cons
After five painful years I can only say: don't do it. The screen doesn't even have a power button so when it freezes (sometimes daily) they just say unplug it. Every update supposedly fixes something but breaks something else. I dealt with auto-entering wrong amounts, tabs clearing, payroll errors, modifiers not working and a two-system mismatch that caused nine months of PCI issues. Refunding cash takes eight steps through multiple screens. Even inventory tracking makes no sense after five years. I'm done.
