Amazing tool for us

Pros

My employees picked it up easily. Entering and tracking items sold is simple and it's a great tool for managing profit and loss.

Cons

It has frozen few times only which was fixed by restarting it right away.

Smooth booking management

Pros

Managing bookings and the calendar is very easy for us. We can also combine desk service and food or drink into one bill which makes things much smoother for customers.

Cons

I'd love more detailed user guides to help me bring new staff up to speed faster.
