“Claims process moves fast”
Pros
Getting to key details like rejection errors is convenient. I like that claims move through the system quickly and that it also lets you link data to DocuTrack.
Cons
A few features are tucked away and hard to locate and some rejection errors could definitely use more detailed explanations.

“useful analytics, outdated UI”
Pros
The data this system pulls is genuinely useful which is probably its strongest point. That said the program's layout feels outdated and behind the times.
Cons
Using it feels a lot like working in a database from the 90s. It doesn't feel current or modern compared with the other systems I use.
