“Simple onboarding”
Pros
Getting up and running was very simple for us. The modular structure meant we could roll it out in stages without much disruption. It's also designed with mining in mind which suits our use case.
Cons
Outside of Australia the software needs a fair bit of customization because business rules differ significantly from where it was developed. Some non-Australian requirements just don't fit neatly.
