Pros
I started with a single store and gradually expanded. By the time I opened my third location I did not need to manage everything on my own. With this tool I can now oversee all my stores from one place which has been essential for continuing to grow.
Cons
I would like more options to customize reports by product category. For stores with high inventory turnover, I sometimes need more specific reporting filters and breakdowns.
