“detailed analytics for retail teams”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages of this system is how much analytical information it provides, not just at the Company-Region-Store level. The real value comes from being able to review daily, weekly and monthly data based on the business process itself that makes it much easier to spot which processes need improvement in order to achieve better results. On top of that, the online version stays current and is a very useful tool for retail managers working out in the field.
Cons
Whats still missing is more flexibility when it comes to creating individual reports, especially when we need to dig deeper into the details.
