Pros

What we really appreciate is that it's a cloud-based POS, which makes everything more accessible.

Cons

In the beginning, you don't really need to call support because you're new and still learning the system. But once you're set up and start noticing glitches, it's nearly impossible to reach anyone. Plus, they don't offer support in the evenings or on weekends.
