Pros

It gives us a lot of flexibility to personalize things the way we want and the catalog is dependable too with really competitive prices.

Cons

At times inventory management can be a bit confusing. So to me it is definitely an area that could use some improvement.

Pros

The customer facing side is quite easy to use as it is clear and simple for anyone. Also the admin panel is complete without being complicated. And anytime I need adjustments, the Rentrax team gets them done quickly. Usability is another big deal for me and Rentrax totally gets what I need and always delivers the right solutions.

Cons

It would have been nice to have the option to make some changes myself. Also on the admin side I noticed that the multilingual setup sometimes causes languages to get mixed up.

The best!

Pros

It is great how I can track customer info and even see their details auto filled just from their phone number.

Cons

Not sure why I can only view customer info from the past two weeks. It would be way better if I could see the full list on the screen.

Loving this product

Pros

As a business owner, I always worry about how new software will affect our day to day operations, especially during busy times. As I never want to compromise on customer service. I also wonder how it might impact profits. But since we started using Rentrax, we have saved a lot of time in our daily routine and although it took some time, even my staff is happy with it now. We have moved away from using pen and paper even stopped manually imprinting credit cards. Also it is way faster to find customer records when they return and check them out quickly. We can accept online bookings, easily track our promotions and switch rates between seasons without hassle. I can even check from home which exact bikes are out and plan the schedule better. Profit wise, Rentrax made a huge yet positive difference. We used to lose money because of small errors like manually calculating rental times but now that is all automated. Their customer support is great too as they really know the rental business and are always there when I need help. Overall we are beyond happy with the decision. The software pays for itself many times over and I honestly cannot imagine running the business without it now.

Complete and user-friendly

Pros

I love that we can adjust pricing based on low or high season. Plus online bookings sync straight with our system and it is easy to track promotions and marketing spend. Our equipment maintenance has improved a lot and the reporting is also quite useful. Plus the team was really easy to work with.

Cons

No complaints as All the features are great and it is awesome that they are continuing to add even more.
