“Affordable and highly adjustable
Pros
What I love the most is how adaptable it is and its cost. The customer service is awesome too.
Cons
It is not the most stylish or fancy. And I just wish there was someone nearby who could work with me in person. But honestly that does not really create a huge problem.

“Packed with great features without getting overly complex
Pros
The team really knows their stuff and is passionate about the product. Also it is very much capable without being too complicated. The user interface is really well designed which makes the experience much better for such a comprehensive software package. I especially like the quick list as when used correctly, it can save a lot of time.
Cons
Well I am still in the process of setting up the software. The only issue I see so far is that since it is used for multiple businesses, there are features that I probably won't need. A lighter version would be nice.

Pros
Customer service of it simply amazing and it has easy to use features. The thing I like the most about them is that they are always ready to make updates and improvements when necessary.
Cons
We do not really have any complaints. The customer service has always been great.

Pros
The reps are very helpful whenever I contact them. Also everything else is easy to understand too.
Cons
It is tricky to get started, especially when there are not any videos to guide you step by step. Also I find it a little difficult to learn everything from just text.

It takes time to get used to the hot buttons. Also it would be great if there were a few more colors to choose from.

Pros
What stands out the most to me is how easy it is to use and the excellent support they offer. The customer service team is friendly and they explain everything clearly and concisely.
Cons
I wish support was available 24/7. Also it would be nice to be able to call anytime but we make it work by scheduling tech-related stuff early in the day since we are on the West Coast.

Retail Edge offers a wide range of reporting options which makes it a really versatile tool for my business. Also it's easy to navigate interface just makes the whole experience smoother.

“Makes tracking simple
Pros
I enjoy tracking customer and retail sales and I like adding new inventory and printing tags for merchandise. It made it a simple process.
Cons
I like creating reports for departments and vendors based on costs and inventory. The recent update to Retail Edge which is now based on Microsoft, made the sales screen font much smaller and that's a bit of a problem when the store is busy and I need to move quickly. Like it should not be difficult to make sales so it would be great if the font size could be adjusted.
