Just did not like it

Pros

When it comes to pros, there is nothing I have to say as we continue to face issues with it.

Cons

Splitting guest checks is difficult which causes problems with discounts. The overall discount platform is hard to use and does not meet my needs. Gift cards have been a constant issue and despite spending lots of time on the phone with support, the problem's never resolved. Today credit cards did not work because of a technical issue and even after it got fixed, it stopped working a few hours later. Too many issues that waste my time. The system should be helping me but it feels like it makes my job harder.

Met all our needs

Pros

It has definitely helped our business run smoother as it is detailed and well thought out software with lots of controls and options .

Cons

I cannot close out and email an invoice from the POS system. Plus it shows payment as deposit instead of paid.

Pros

Revel Systems is really easy to use and navigate. I would definitely recommend it.
