“Quick implementation”
Pros
Setup was simple. We got it up and running in no time. The interface is also clear and easy to understand so that helps with getting started. It's an impressive system that has been in the market for years and it has a lot of potential.
Cons
No complaints.

“strong third-party connections”
Pros
The interface is very user-friendly and I appreciate the simplicity. Also the delivery aggregator integration works really well.
Cons
Pulling some customized reports can be a bit challenging although the new Vintage feature seems to be making things better.

After using Sapaad for nearly two years I can say that I've been really happy with it. The system is simple to learn and nothing about it feels complicated when it comes to daily use.

Pros
Getting started with it is simple and the support team is very professional whenever help is needed.

There is no downside of using Sapaad, at least not in our opinion.

“missing many essential functions”
Pros
The POS works well with third-party integrations and I also like the online ordering system.
Cons
A few important features are missing. You can't mark items as non-discountable so any bill-level discount also applies to promo items which cuts into margins. The SMS OTP verification turns customers away even though the login itself is simple. The CRM captures too little customer data to be useful for promotions or retargeting. Online ordering also needs more discount structures like buy-one-get-one or 50% off a second item. There are no feedback forms or survey options and invoices are still stuck as printed receipts. There is no way to share via WhatsApp or email. On Sapaad Online the header is fine but the footer needs customizable fields for social media links, address and contact info. Reporting lacks proper date and time controls. For example, a cashier given access just to settle daily payments can still view full-year reports. Not ideal from an owner's perspective. A training mode is also needed so staff can practice without affecting live data. Delivery area setup is tiresome and manual drawing often leaves gaps. There's also no option for tiered delivery fees such as $5 below $50 and free delivery above that. Delivery timing should factor in both prep time and zone distance but right now the system shows the same ETA for short and long deliveries.

“Key functions either missing or underdeveloped”
Pros
Nothing about my experience is worth praising. The inventory tool might be the only slightly positive part of the system but even that feels pretty mediocre.
Cons
This system misses the mark in too many basic areas. You can't add tips to walk-in orders, merge tables or even build a dining room floor plan. The KDS also leaves out server names on tickets so the kitchen has no way of knowing who entered the order. Servers have to sign in with an email and password every time instead of using a quick keycode. Discounts are also badly handled since a server either needs full discount permissions or has to log out so a manager can log in just to apply one. Tagging menu items for accurate reporting is unnecessarily complicated and the inventory setup doesn't properly account for alcohol purchasing either.

“overall user friendly system”
Pros
Honestly it's brilliant. The whole system is fully integrated and really user-friendly.
Cons
I'd love to see more flexibility in the reports. It would also help if the online ordering add-on could be activated for just one outlet in my subscription instead of having to enable it for all of them.

“accurate reporting”
Pros
Having all my business information online and kept up to date has been a big advantage. Sapaad gives me accurate, detailed reports on my restaurant's performance and that has helped me simplify operations and make better decisions. Since everything is cloud-based I can check my reports from anywhere. The system is also very user-friendly and I'm happy with the current features because it covers everything I need for running my restaurant business.
Cons
The only downside for me is that the cost of registering a new branch feels a little expensive.

“Convenient cloud POS with smart features”
Pros
I'm glad it didn't require formal training to understand how to use it. I like the order history feature too because accessing a customer's past orders helps me figure out what other items to suggest based on their preferences. Also the cloud-based setup is a nice peace-of-mind factor because I know that even if the machine goes down, the data will be saved somewhere. Another thing that works really well is the automatic printing of planned meals on scheduled days right in the KOT.
Cons
There's nothing major to complain about although the touch response in the UI could be a bit more responsive.

“consistent performance across all locations”
Pros
Across all 20 of our outlets Sapaad has become the POS system we rely on. It works as a complete end to end solution and since we manage several different brands, having that consistency across every location makes daily operations much simpler to handle. Their support setup has also been solid. They recently organized training for staff across all of our brands which was really helpful. The team is pleasant to work with and genuinely comes across as a company that values its customers.
Cons
We need customer-facing screens as they don't have those currently.

“reliable data exports”
Pros
We were able to handle the setup entirely on our own. I like that even though the software feels simple to use it still packs plenty of features. The live reporting in particular works well. Overall we're very pleased with the software.
Cons
Even if we find an issue or if something comes up on the operational side, their customer service team gets on it quickly so there's nothing we can possibly complain about.

“simple setup”
Pros
They had a training session at their office. I found the experience to be quite informative. The system itself is excellent and their customer service has been just as impressive. Even for people without any previous POS background, the software is very easy to learn and use. Honestly it feels as familiar as using a smartphone.
Cons
We really haven't run into any lasting problems. It's a very pretty stable software.

“Strong data visibility”
Pros
I really like that just about anyone can learn how to use it without needing formal training. That's simply how the system is built. It gives us access to all the reports we need for sales analysis and forecasting as well. Overall it has been really solid and we're very pleased with it. I appreciate that Sapaad keeps getting better with regular updates and new features. They recently introduced an online payment gateway for online orders which has been a very welcome addition.
Cons
At this point we don't really have any complaints. Whenever needed, we share feedback and feature requests and let their team handle the rest.

“smart CRM and cloud printing”
Pros
The CRM is very accessible. It gives us useful tools and insights that make customer interaction effortless. Sapaad also has an excellent cloud printing network that automatically identifies the customers' location from their saved address and sends the order to the nearest branch for printing.
Cons
It would be helpful if the CRM included a field for logging customer complaints while call center agents are taking orders. Adding a place to record the makani number would also support delivery drivers with GPS tracking for the customer's location.

“centralized order management”
Pros
Sapaad powers all of our delivery and online ordering operations and it has played a big role in making everything more efficient. It helped us set up a central call center and create a master CRM that connects all 15 of our locations. Another big plus is their on-ground support team. They genuinely take responsibility for the work they do and whenever an issue comes up it usually gets sorted out within minutes.
Cons
There were a few features we thought would improve the experience even more if they were added so we sent them to Sapaad's team. They're responsive and accessible so I know we're in good hands.

“smooth mobile access”
Pros
It's practical, simple to use and I can access it from any device while managing multiple user points without trouble. It has been very effective for helping us track and visualize business performance. The biggest plus for me is the customer support. They are always available and very hands-on whenever we need assistance, whether it's a system issue or slow internet causing problems. That level of after-sales support matters a lot for businesses like ours. There are other similar systems on the market but Sapaad's customer service really gives it an advantage over competitors.
Cons
Offline efficiency needs improvement. I know there is an offline mode for punching orders but when the network goes down or there's a power outage, everything slows down and becomes inconvenient. A manual process that would still allow kitchen orders to be printed would make operations much more practical. Another thing that would help is having a search option in the CRM by customer name. Since people often change their phone numbers, being able to search by name would be much more useful. It would also make life easier if Sapaad could collaborate with more food aggregator platforms.

“Feels very modern”
Pros
Choosing a POS that felt modern and flexible was a big priority for us and Sapaad ended up being exactly what we needed. The part I appreciate most is how accessible it is along with the flexibility that POWA gives us as a hardware platform. It's compact but comes with all the features we need. On top of that their customer service has been among the best we've dealt with.
Cons
My experience was problem-free.
