Pros

Switching over to it was a relief. It's simple to use and I haven't run into any surprise charges. My previous provider kept slipping in expensive monthly and yearly fees so the transparent pricing here has been a big plus.

Cons

One thing that would make it better is having a payment link option for charging cards. It would also be really useful if ScanPay offered something similar to Zelle so money could be sent quickly from the ScanPay checking account.

Pros

Every person I've dealt with on their team has been fantastic with customer service. On top of that, I'm actually saving money now so it's a no-brainer for me. Thanks, ScanPay!

Cons

I don't have anything to put here because there's nothing I dislike and I haven't run into any problems with it at all so far.
