“Does the job but it is expensive
Pros
Not only is it easy to use but schedule deliveries and generating reports is also not a problem for me anymore.
Cons
SmartWerks owned all our data and we had to buy our customer database. Also there is no layaway option, it is overpriced and it does not work well with mobile devices. It did not even sync with QuickBooks even though the sales rep told us it would.

“The setup took no time
Pros
The setup is quick and it is really easy to use. Plus it integrates with credit card systems and supports third party financing which I like the most about it.
Cons
Honestly there is nothing negative to say. Everything about it is excellent.

Pros
Smartwerks customization options were of the next level. Also I had specific requirements for multiple locations and so far, no other software has been able to handle but it does.
Cons
It would be great to have a report that shows all POs both past and open. However I found the integration process was smooth and easy.

Pros
The cloud based feature is definitely a plus, but honestly I cannot point out any other major benefits other than that.
Cons
We were told we could do certain things, only to find out later that we could not. We ended up switching from this solution because it often lagged especially around lunchtime when we were busiest and the system was barely functional.

It is a very basic product but works fine for a company with minimal inventory needs like mine.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that it did not have many of the features needed for a full inventory retail store.

It is user friendly, the support team is great, the setup is logical, it is affordable and best of all is that we are getting detailed training.
Cons
I wish the invoice system were more flexible. And we need more space to add our detailed conditions of sale and store policies.

“Makes inventory and numbers tracking simple
Pros
Smartwerks software is new to us and we love that with it we able to track all our business numbers. Also it makes it easy to see what we have in stock, what is on order and what was sold, to whom, when and for how much. And now we are building a customer history for easier repeat sales and future promotions. Right now we are just using the Inventory/Sales features but we are excited to dive into the accounting side soon. Moreover its customer support has been amazing too during the learning process.
Cons
This one is tough but as someone new to using technology I used to do things the old-fashioned way with pen and paper, I would say the user friendliness is the only issue so far. And at times I feel like I am bothering customer support whenever I need help fixing a mistake whether it's something I did or a situation caused by a customer's change of mind.

“Saves money and is reliable
Pros
It has all the key features a small to medium sized business like mine needs. Mattress Savvy signed up with Smartwerks two years ago and it has been proven reliable and affordable ever since. I also really like that the programmers listen to customer feedback especially when it comes to adding new features. It builds confidence knowing the company is with us every step of the way.
Cons
It would be great if I could switch between Transaction Types like Work Order, Take With or Delivery after a ticket is created. And at times customers change their minds and decide to pick up the order instead of having it delivered but I do not think it's possible to change the transaction type once the ticket is created.

Pros
I love how easy it is to use. Training our team after we switched over was also not an issue. It is also awesome being able to log into the cloud and check sales when I am traveling for work.
Cons
Well I feel like the system could use more detailed sales reporting tools and should make it easier to adjust line item pricing when processing refunds.

Pros
The monthly cost and startup fees are pretty low, and the cloud-based software works on multiple platforms not just tablets. These are the few things I like about it.
Cons
Smartwerks inventory system is way too complicated often inaccurate and frustrating. It takes me forever to enter new items so unless you plan on sticking to the same merchandise forever, you will struggle whenever you get new products. Customer service is not great either as they often claim no one else has had the same issue and blame our equipment or internet, only to figure out later what the real problem was.
