“great visibility and control across distributed stock”
Pros
As a multi-brand distribution business with stock spread across multiple locations the biggest advantage for us has been the clear visibility across all inventory sites. The warehouse stock app has noticeably sped up our picking, packing and dispatch process. Barcode scanning has helped improve stock accuracy across every location. The automation for purchasing and stock transfers saves us a meaningful amount of admin work while sales order handling for our trade accounts is much tidier than our previous setup. Having ecommerce, courier and accounting integrations all in one system also means we're no longer piecing together separate tools.
Cons
This isn't a system that walks you through everything from day 1. There's definitely a learning curve when it comes to setting up sales channels and customer records properly and some tasks are still simpler to handle directly in the interface rather than through imports. That said once everything is configured the platform is reliable and support has been quick to respond whenever we've needed help. It's just worth putting in the time early on to make sure the setup is done properly.

“Simplified operations for sales staff”
Pros
Stock checks became much faster, stock takes were much simpler and my staff could find items far more quickly. It also makes it much easier to give customers accurate information over the phone without delay which saves a lot of time. Daily operations have improved massively for both the warehouse team and the sales team. If you need a proper stock system, this is it.
Cons
There have been a couple of outages but the team sorted them out quickly. Aside from that the system has been running well.

“Easy to use for warehouse and shop floor staff”
Pros
This software has made it simple for everyone in the business to get comfortable in their daily work. It works well across every part of our operation from the shop floor team to the warehouse staff. The integrations with the other platforms we use have been really useful too especially since we manage stock across 2 locations that all pull from the same warehouse. It has completely changed how our team picks products by getting rid of all the paper, pens and clipboard hassle. The order management side is also excellent since it lets us handle orders smoothly from our website, eBay and Amazon without stock conflicts. On top of that the customer support has been brilliant and is always there to help whenever we have questions.
Cons
Small issue. It doesn't currently integrate with TikTok shop so I still have to enter those orders manually. It's not a major problem by any means but it does create a bit of an inconvenience.

“fantastic inventory tools”
Pros
Tracking down the products I need is really simple and the instructions on the site are clear to follow. It makes my day to day work much more manageable and has been genuinely helpful for the company especially when it comes to inventory management and the support from the customer service team.
Cons
I have nothing negative to say about it.

“versatile platform and great support”
Pros
It covers everything we need for ecommerce and integrates smoothly with our Shopify store. It has become the core system we rely on for both inventory control and order management. I like the customer support as well. The team responds quickly and is always willing to give us solutions that match our specific requirements.
Cons
There haven't been any significant issues to be honest. Whenever something does come up the support team deals with it quickly and stays in close communication throughout.

“Flexible for varied inventory workflows”
Pros
The simple interface makes it easy for me to move around and navigate the software no matter how large the inventory is. It handles creative stock intake well and also makes it convenient to manage allocations across multiple locations.
Cons
Occasionally the integrations can be a bit unreliable especially with Zebra scanners. Sometimes there are problems when adding, moving or subtracting stock using scanners alone.

“improved order fulfillment speed”
Pros
Since switching to Stok.ly, our sales and inventory workflow has become much more efficient and it's cut down the time spent picking and packing orders. Stock levels now update in real time which keeps all of our sales channels accurate and aligned. MOTO transactions and in-store sales are also a lot faster now.
Cons
Getting everything set up exactly how we wanted did take some time. It would also be better if it connected with more card processing providers. On top of that, there's currently no option to create a loyalty scheme at the POS.

“User-friendly platform”
Pros
After the nightmare we had with our previous system, moving to Stok.ly feels like the best software decision we've made. The customer support is outstanding, the platform is very user-friendly and it has been running flawlessly across our different eCommerce channels.
Cons
I don't think there's anything to complain about. The software has been stable and suits our business really well.

“keeps stock accurate across all platforms”
Pros
The best thing about it is its speed. When we make a sale on eBay or Amazon the inventory updates across all channels right away. The warehouse stock app is also simple to use and it helps us get through daily tasks much faster.
Cons
In the beginning there were quite a few buttons and settings to figure out so I'd say there is a bit of a learning curve. After a few days though it starts to feel much more manageable. Every now and then the system freezes or runs into a minor issue but whenever I report it the support team usually sorts it out the same day.

“strong cost-to-value ratio”
Pros
Stok.ly has been a really solid all-around system for us, with good value for the money and dependable customer support. It's not a completely finished product yet but it's clearly moving in the right direction.
Cons
At times support can feel a bit slow and the agents don't share their names which makes it harder to follow up directly on how an issue is being resolved. Every now and then there's a period of radio silence and that usually means reaching out to someone else to get an update.

“Efficient multi-channel management”
Pros
Managing a small business across multiple sales channels can get messy fast and Stokly is one of the few systems I've used that manages everything efficiently in a single sales order management package. It handles product bundles well which has been especially valuable for the way I sell my products.
Cons
It's missing a proper dashboard. It would also be nice to see a loyalty scheme added in future updates. Also the reporting is mostly limited to CSV files and that always turns VAT returns into more of a hassle than it should be.

“reliable for everyday stock operations”
Pros
Every day this software helps us handle purchasing, manage inventory both in-store and online and keep goods moving properly from the warehouse all the way through to store replenishment.
Cons
There honestly isn't much to complain about. The ePos sometimes needs a reset and the handheld can act up now and then but those are very minor issues and usually quick to sort out.
