Awful system

Pros

I had no choice but to use this software because our company mandated it over any other alternatives. Unfortunately, it never functioned as intended.

Cons

I had issues with everything. The scheduling feature was broken as it provides incorrect information when checking availability and occasionally locking me out of orders.

FEED BACK ON LATEST UPDATE OF SYSTEM

Pros

I find the fulfillment step 3 much better than before. I believe it helps the sales staff understand what is needed in this section, instead of having bits and pieces of it scattered across other steps.

Cons

I am unable to use more than one session at a time.

Simple to use, could use some improvements

Pros

STORIS is easy to use and train on. It offers some e-commerce integration capabilities. The software is constantly evolving, with frequent upgrades and new functionality being introduced.

Cons

Out of the box, there aren't many advanced features and any additional features come at an extra cost.

STORIS

Pros

There are very few ERP solutions for Furniture Retail that provide ALL the necessary features from inventory management and point of sale to accounting and everything in between. We are relieved to know that we don't have to integrate additional software like accounting, etc.

Cons

Suggestions from power users for product improvements can take years to be implemented. Custom enhancements are expensive and some parts of the software feel clunky and restrictive.

Excellent Software

Pros

STORIS is amazingly user friendly and has truly propelled our company to a new level of technology adoption. This system has allowed us to implement new processes and present a more professional image at the point of sale.

Cons

There are a few minor tweaks that could be made, but they don't significantly impact my everyday use of the software.

High quality but sometimes challenging to work with

Pros

STORIS software inventory management feature is exceptional. Sales orders are given high priority and receive significant focus. The client services help team is phenomenal as they always striving for improvement. I also like the solid corporate culture and their dedication to earning your business.

Cons

Many aspects of STORIS software are cost-prohibitive, as pricing for "custom" work can vary greatly. The company's failure to integrate with other technologies and instead develop their own software can limit capabilities and increase costs. Throughout the process, it's easy to feel like a small company that's being nickel-and-dimed.

Storis is THE software for the furniture industry

Pros

The inventory and sales analysis tools in Storis are incredibly powerful. With these tools, we can easily track our best and worst selling items, achieving our gmroi targets to maximize profitability and cash flow.

Cons

STORIS software menu format is clumsy for system administrators. It would be more efficient if there were drop-down menu options.

STORIS software is simply the best for top furniture companies. It has been specifically designed to handle the unique scenarios that arise in furniture sales, from the ground up.

Cons

Like with any software, as your business grows and changes, you may encounter functions that don't align with your desired operations. However, the Storis team is always great to work with, whether it's finding alternative ways to achieve your goals or actually modifying the software to suit your needs.
