“Still the simplest POS system out there”
Pros
The search function is great and the customer service is always friendly and quick to help. The software is easy for customers to use at their tables and the downloadable app makes paying a breeze. I also appreciate how simple it is to create new wine buttons with the intuitive interface. It's been a solid experience overall!
Cons
Some of the software updates can cause issues for my system, but the customer service team always steps in quickly. They take the right actions to fix the problems, showing that they genuinely care about their clients.
