Visual Retail works really well but I think its currently held back from its full potential due to system lag.

It randomly slows down every now and then. Performance needs to be faster.

Using this program has been a very positive experience. It offers a lot of functions for different tasks and it really helps get work completed much faster.

Every now and then it runs a bit slowly and we have to contact technical support to fix it.

Our team relies on this system a lot so its a good thing then that it has been working really well for us. We're so accustomed to using it now that we honestly wouldn't want to switch back to anything else.

Sometimes the system can be a bit slow and there are occasional problems when printing receipts. We've also run into quite a few credit card processing issues. Having said that their support team is helpful and assists us in getting those problems resolved whenever they pop up.

It's definitely not a bad program. We really liked it when we first started using it but after all the updates some parts have gotten better while others have actually become worse.

There have been far too many changes and now we're seeing a lot more errors than we did before.

I was able to pull up information rather quickly so its convenient for that.

Quite a few problems were observed by the team. The main one is that during our busy season the software becomes really frustrating to work with because we keep running into program errors. Also scanning items can be very quite slow and laggy.

That said there's a lot about it that I don't like. We run into a lot of issues whenever there's an update. Error messages pop up all the time and the system overall feels like it wasn't programmed very well.

This product has really helped our company improve sales and that's been a big win for us.

Getting it up and running came with a few challenges at the beginning but in the end everything worked out fine.

Navigating through the system's different features is quick and simple so it didn't take me long to get comfortable with the system.

I don't like the occasional lag. It slows things down and ends up costing time while I'm working.
