Pros

Working with their team has been a really positive experience in the 3D visualization and configuration space. This tool has helped us keep innovating as a business while giving our customers what they need when they're browsing and choosing furniture.

Cons

Change management is never simple and can get costly especially when it affects a front-end solution but this solution has definitely shown that the investment is worthwhile.

“Accessible design tool”

Pros

Using this software feels very easy and it offers a lot of possibilities for creating and working with designs.

Cons

Something that would make it even better is adding life-size human figures (around an average height of 5.8) for more realistic scaling.

“Has improved a lot”

Pros

Since we first introduced the 3D Room Planner, it has gained a lot of new features and improved quite a bit. That growth has helped us work with customers faster and more efficiently and it has also made coworkers much more confident when using the tool. The standout features for me are the Sectional Builder, the Dimensions tool for measuring space between the room and products and Shop the Look with Inspiration Photos.

Cons

The only suggestion that recently came to mind is adding a "New" label to recently updated products so coworkers can spot new items more quickly while helping customers. Other than that, I really don't see any downsides to using the 3D Room Planner. It's an obvious choice and every coworker should be using it if they want to increase sales and earn more in their role.
